Mike graduated from Thomas College with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting Information Systems. He has been an accountant for 25 years. Mike provides tax and business consulting working with small- to mid-size businesses and individuals. He has experience with auditing and working with nonprofit organizations, specializing in organizations with State and Federal funding including MaineCare, Single Audits, and audits under the Maine Uniform Accounting and Auditing Practices (MAAP). Auditing and consulting with quasi-governmental entities, mainly water/sewer districts and State authorities is another area he specializes in, and he has a wealth of experience with low-income housing, trade associations, and credit unions.

Gary graduated from the University of Maine at Orono with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, concentrating in Accounting and Finance. He has been an accountant for 30 years, working in both the public and private sectors. Gary joined Ouellette & Associates in 1987 and became a shareholder in 2004. He specializes in the areas of low-income housing, nonprofit organizations, heavy equipment dealers, manufacturers, retailers, and hotels. He is responsible for the firm’s quality control.
